We have an internal customs department, whose main role is to assure our customers that all legal procedures for the transit of goods, inside and outside the community, are scrupulously complied with and in accordance with the customs legislation in force in Portugal and in the European Union. The latter performs its function with the national Customs representing their clients in the name and on behalf of their clients, that is, it intervenes directly.
We have a public customs warehouse (type A), allowing its customers to enjoy the postponement of the payment of duties, VAT and other charges required in the Free Practice of their goods.
This scheme has advantages for individuals and businesses who need to store their goods from / from third countries for an unlimited period. However, there may be situations in which the customs authorities set a deadline for the application of a new regime.
We have a warehouse authorized for export, which makes it possible for goods destined for export to be presented easily and safely to the customs authorities taking into account their final destination.
